Is lunch included?+
Yes — a full buffet luncheon is included, along with morning and afternoon tea breaks and refreshments throughout the day.
What is the dress code?+
Business or business-smart attire. Ho Chi Minh City runs warm, so lightweight suiting is recommended.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations 30+ days before the event receive a full refund less a 10% admin fee. 14–29 days: 50% refund. Within 14 days: non-refundable but fully transferable.
